A private, clean room. A shower in or next to the room, fresh towels, and a clean cover on the mat.

Gel prepared fresh. Warm, the right thickness, from a clean container, mixed for you.
The full glide, both sides. Nuru is a full-body glide. A complete session covers the back and the front, not a few minutes of each.
The full booked time. The clock starts when the massage starts, not when you walk in, and runs to the end.
Attention throughout. The therapist is present, checks pressure and comfort, and doesn't rush.
No pressure to buy more. No upselling during the session.

Inspectors score completeness against this list on every visit. A session that skips any item can't reach full marks for completeness.
